The Roots of Our Shared Well-Being

The notion that we are divided and separate could not be further from the truth. In fact, we are connected intrinsically and inevitably. We can learn to become aware of this connection in ways that promote peace and mutual well-being.

In this inspirational and interactive talk, writer, author, and educator Anne Markham Bailey guides the listener in the roots of our connection, scientific explorations of how our connectedness supports well-being, the practice of Forest Bathing, and ways that we can increase our connections with intentional practice, as discussed in her recently published book, The Practice of Being.

ADD-ON: An awareness practice session can be added to this program. Session times can vary, with the minimum additional time being 1/2 hour.

Why Are Doctors Prescribing Forest Bathing?

In this engaging talk, writer, author, and awareness educator Anne Markham Bailey explores the origins and benefits of Forest Bathing practice, what scientific studies show, why we feel better when we connect in nature through awareness, the many ways that one can practice (besides being in a forest!), how an individual or group can start a Forest Bathing practice,

ADD-ON: A Forest Bathing session can be added to this program. Session times can vary, with the minimum time being 1 hour.
